Maine Gambling Laws
Maine’s gambling laws make it very clear what is allowed and what is not. Although the state does not allow anyone under 21 to play casino games or even enter a casino, the state allows residents over the age of 16 be present, under supervision but not to participate in Bingo, Beano and keno games for charity or at Native American reservations.
The legal gambling age is 21, the only people younger than 21 allowed to be in the casino are 18-20-year-old who work in the casinos.
